Pain comes in all forms, like emotional and physical, and it’s different for each person. Many people believe that feeling any form of pain is considered a weakness, but I think it’s actually the opposite.

I have found in recovery that I am most happy when I work inside out. This is not a new concept, either. If you want to have a healthy mind, body, and spirit you have to work on all three things from the inside out.
