#MondayMotivation: Trust Yourself | Weekly Meditation

There is a tiny voice that speaks truth, love, hope, and guidance. The quieter you are and the more you listen, the greater chance you have at hearing this voice. It is your truth and it wants to guide you through this journey in life, but you have to be able to trust yourself again to really feel it. This takes time and practice and will be challenged in each new phase of life, but when you are able to tap into it, you will see how life starts to simply flow rather than be a fight.
Just for today, trust yourself, your spirit and higher power might be trying to tell you something.
