#MondayMotivation: Hakuna Matata | Weekly Meditation
Just for today, I will accept my life on lifes terms and I will implement “Hakuna Matata” when I feel alone, scared, or unsure. I will believe in hope and I will believe in miracles because even if my beliefs are shaken up, I know that my faith will help carry me through. Just for today, I will let go and let God.

Just for today: I will not take on the burdens of others. I will allow other people, places, and situations to be exactly how they are meant to be without my say. Why? Because, not my circus, not my monkeys.

#MotivationMonday: Trust The Process
One of the hardest things for me to do is to trust the process. Sometimes I get confused, anxious, or scared about how my life is unfolding that I often times feel the need to control it. Unfortunately, when I try to control the process, I end up making a bigger mess.

Motivational Meditation Monday: Keep Calm and Turn It Over
Turn it over...
To God.
To Buddha.
To a Higher Power.
To the universe.
To a power greater than ourselves.
It doesn’t matter what you call your Higher Power, just as long as you know it’s not you.
